This is a wonderful set of 5 salad plates made by Rathbone, Smith & Co. of England. The pattern is called Windsor and it is a wonderful Imari or Gaudy blue type design with almost a peach looking pale pink behind flow blue and red floral designs with lots of gold trim and other detailing. The pottery company used this mark from 1883-1897 so they are very old. All are in great condition. 4 have no chips, nicks or cracks. 1 does have a pin point nick to the rim that can be felt, but not seen. The single plate shown in the photos is the most worn with scratches to the top, probably from being stacked as the plates feature a swirl pattern inside. These are exceptional finds. Please view the photos for a better description. I have other neat things listed. Please view my other items.
